Lost Serial & Licenses
You can register OfficeTime under the Licenses and Serial menu located under the Help menu (PC) and OfficeTime menu (Mac)
One-off purchase
If you’ve lost your serial, search your email for OfficeTime or the subject “Your Sunshine Edition (Subscription Free) Paddle.com Order”. If you still can’t find it, you can get it sent to you again:
Enter your name and serial as shown on your receipt. Your name may not be your name but may show a name like “Sunshine Edition 875” which should be entered exactly like that.
Subscriptions
If you’ve purchased the Freelancer or Business Edition, simply sign in to unlock OfficeTime. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it. Your login email will be the same name that you purchased with or were invited by a team member by. Try searching for OfficeTime in your email.
