Help! I’ve lost data!

We take any kind of data loss seriously no matter how it happened. Email us at support@officetime.net and we’ll help in any way we can.

Mac/Windows

  1. Try to locate your data file or backup
  2. Open it in OfficeTime by choose File->Open menu or clicking the Open or Browse button on the welcome screen.
  3. If you found multiple backups or files open the biggest one and then choose File->Import menu to merge the rest in.

iPhone/iPad

If you have wifi or cloud sync enabled, look for your data on your Mac/PC per above.

Tap the gear icon on the main screen to access the settings. Then tap Restore From Backup. Choose your backup and then force quit and restart OfficeTime.

If you are not cloud syncing, OfficeTime sends no data to us or Apple.  However iCloud does keep backups of your entire phone.  Here is an article with information on how to restore your phone to the last backup. 

Be aware that restoring your phone restores every aspect of it, including other apps back to the last backup.  If you have information in iCloud or other similar services, they will automatically be saved and come back to your iPhone.
