Lost Serial & Licenses
You can register OfficeTime under the Licenses and Serial menu located under the Help menu (PC) and OfficeTime menu (Mac)
One-off purchase
If you’ve lost your serial, search your email for OfficeTime or Paddle. If you still can’t find it, you can get it sent to you again:
Enter your serial as shown on your receipt. Copy and paste is often helpful here.
Subscriptions
If you’ve purchased a subscription, simply sign in to unlock OfficeTime. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it. Your login email will be the same name that you purchased with or were invited by a team member by. Try searching for OfficeTime in your email.
