Quick start guide to sharing

There’s a few ways to share time.

1. Business Edition – Easy and flexible

The easiest way to share with other people is with the Business Edition. There you simply choose who should have access to a project and from then on you can see all of their time for cross team reports.

While the Business Edition costs more, most companies find it saves time for both staff and admin which results in cost savings.

2. Export to a spreadsheet – Easy but not flexible

Team members can simply email you a spreadsheet of their time. These can’t be open in OfficeTime but you can look at them in a spreadsheet and if you’re technical, you could combine the data together.

To export on the Mac/PC, make a report for what you want to export and choose File->Export menu.

To export on mobile, go to view what you want to export and press the export icon.

3. Import to OfficeTime – Flexible but not as easy

An admin imports the team’s data files any time they want up to date reports. This is a good option if you wish to just use the Sunshine Edition.
