You can makes notes specific to a whole project rather than a session.

By default these don’t appear on invoices but if you add the field [Projectnotes] to your template, they’ll appear.

Project notes are synced between all devices in both cloud and wifi sync.

If you share a project, the project notes are available to the whole team.

Mac/PC:

Click on the PROJECT tab. Click a project. Click pencil icon in the upper right.

iPhone/iPad

Tap Projects. Tap Edit. Tap a Project. Tap Project Notes.
