Without a doubt, all entrepreneurs end up wishing they could add an extra few hours at the end of the workday. By the time we grab five or six hours of sleep at the end of it all, we have often forgotten to even put ourselves and our health on the to do list.
Of course, this doesn’t work for long. All aspects of our lives begin to crumble if we don’t recharge several times a day. Unlike traditional nine-to-fivers, as entrepreneurs we are not reminded to take lunch breaks, talk to colleagues, or even wind down during our commute. There are often long stretches of days where we literally work from sun up to sun down.
This is something we must change now, today. Here are a few time management tips to help you recharge your batteries, live longer, and be more successful in your business and life.
#1. Replace your evening commute of yesterday with a 15-minute walk today. Your deadlines will not suffer, and you may find yourself to be even more productive.
#2. When you plan your next work day, plan in a 20-minute phone call with a friend. Although non-billable, “unproductive” hours can feel dishonest to a hard-working entrepreneur, downtime is vital to recharging throughout the day.
#3. Remember to have quick and healthy foods at your fingertips. Nothing kills productivity than carb-driven afternoon crashes.
If you can implement at least a few minutes of recharge each day, you will definitely have the energy to build a strong success AND enjoy every day of the journey.
Until next time,

I’ve contacted the company 3 times by email trying to confirm purchase of the software online. No response from them. Any suggestions?
