People are busy but busy doing what? This infographic details the amount of time spent sleeping, eating, drinking, performing household chores, purchasing goods and services, working, watching tv and more!

Here are some facts that I can bet might be news to you! 3-4 am seems to be the best time for a nap, especially during an all night study session! The hours of 7am to 8am are pretty variegated as to activity, although many are still sleeping (c’mon lazybones ;). At the same time, these hours show the sharpest increase of people working, peaking at 11am. Interesting factoid, lunch and dinner see highest peaks in mealtime. Shopaholics may be interested that the most popular time for shopping seems to be between 10am and 7pm. With the popularity of work from home entrepreneurs, the percentage of people working never falls below 5%! And if you want to go to bed early and you love following trends, 9pm seems to be “the” time to brush your teeth and get in your pajamas. Inversely, this is also the trending time for Americans to party and watch TV!
