#1.  Spend ten minutes to plan your work today. A plan is a roadmap to a successful day.

#2.  Schedule in your downtime. Downtime = productive UP time.

#3.  Avoid negative people or situations.  They are a mental time suck.

Remember, time tracking means owning your time.  If means knowing what you spend your time on (and what you don’t).  For a few days, track even your personal time and see who and what you spend it on.  Is it in alignment with your most important goals?
