Want to keep your data private? You can sync your Mac/PC with your iPhone on iPad on your local network without ever sending any data to us or anyone.

• You can wifi sync your Mac or PC to any number of mobile devices.
• You can wifi sync multiple computers together, even if in different locations, via your mobile device. See below. (Pro Edition)
• You cannot wifi sync from your a mobile device to another mobile device. To do that, use cloud sync or wifi sync to a computer which will keep all the mobile devices updated.

OfficeTime for iPhone is included in the subscription editions and is a separate purchase for the one-off edition. 

1. Open OfficeTime on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Go to the home screen.
3. Press the gear icon in the upper right.
4. Tap Local Sync to Your Mac/PC
5. Tap Sync with
6. Select your computer.

It will automatically sync whenever both copies are open from now on without needing to come back to this screen.

Syncing computer to computer via wifi

Your work computer and home computer can be synced privately via your mobile device. Simply choose each computer to sync with once at each location. From that point on, data will sync from computer to phone to other computer. When you move to a new location, the computer will update as long as OfficeTime is open on both your mobile and computer. (Pro Edition)

Windows needs Bonjour

OfficeTime relies on Apple’s Bonjour Print Services to find your devices. If you don’t have it installed already on your PC, you can install it from https://support.apple.com/kb/DL999
