Hello. I would be happy to win an iPad2! But right now I have a few questions. I downloaded the free version for iPad to try it out. I am unable to determine if the iCal sync works right from the iPad or if I would need to hae a Mac or PC desktop version. I am just looking for a simple way to track time on projects at work. I tried to start today with this but since it is Tuesday I figured I would put in yesterday’s projects but there was no way to do that – which might make perfect sense of course. Thanks to anyone who has an answer.

Hi Art,
iCal sync works but only through on the Mac version. However if you’re syncing your iPad with your Mac, it’ll auto update iCal on the Mac too.
You can edit a date like this:
Make (or edit) a Session.
Tap the 00h 00m 00s button
Adjust the time. To adjust the start date, tap the Start tab.
We have an update coming which makes this more obvious.

I’ve been using OfficeTime since 2006. Our entire office uses it to track the time creating artwork and website development. It’s awesome. I was really excited that it came out now for iPad and iPhone. Now I can track my time on the go!
Great for my office because I know how long it takes our artists to do a piece of artwork. My clients love it because our pricing is based on time rather than a random manner. Awesome!

I love this time tracking software. I looked high and low for a software that was available on both the mac and PC as i work in a dual environment for web development. This is something that works for everyone. I like the fact that i can get reports on any selected projects or all of them. this is the best. Also now that it is available on the iPad and IPhone makes it even more productive.

Brilliant software sums it up – OfficeTime interfaces with phone, Quickbooks, iCal and Excel! We have searched for years to find an affordable answer for a small business application that suits not just one personality but many. Whether on the go or sitting at a computer, the ability to have multiple windows up, different project categories, stop and start at a press of a button – OfficeTime does it all, and well! OfficeTime saved my life! I have looked high and low for an Apple compatible product that encompasses contacts, calendars, time management, and invoicing. OfficeTime is the only product that has all of these features. Plus because it sync’s with iCal and Apple’s Contacts, it saves me a ton of time I would have spent typing, spell checking, and double checking information. Now that OfficeTime is also available for the iPhone and iPad, I am thrilled that my Personal Assistance mobile office will be even more efficient!
